If you're interested in turning your messy, chaotic, and cluttered desk space into an orderly and efficient working space, this contest might be just what you've been looking for! Professional Organizer, Jessica Dolan of Room to Breathe and Mike Sullivan of Automated Records Centre have teamed up to offer a grand prize worth over $500.00, which includes professional office organizing and shredding services.

Prizes:

Simply send photos of your messy desk and write a short story of 200 words or less telling us why you deserve to win a messy desk makeover. The winner will be selected on the following criteria: originality and creativity, real NEED, and clear writing style. Entries will only be received online and must be received by January 31, 2010. Contest Rules and Restrictions

  1. No purchase necessary.  One grand prize winner chosen by members of Room to Breathe Home & Office Organizing and Automated Record Center.
  2. In order to participate, you must live work within 30 miles of State College, PA
  3. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transfer.
  4. Entries must be received by midnight January 31, 2010.
  5. The winner will be responsible for furnishing and/or purchasing supplies, products, and equipment exceeding $75.  Room to Breathe will only provide the organizing assistance.
  6. Nominations may not be made on behalf of another individual without express permission from the nominee. An individual must be committed to wanting, implementing and maintaining change in their work space.
  7. The winner will have until April 30, 2010 to complete the organizing and shredding session(s).  The session time(s) will be set between the convenience of Room to Breathe, Automated Records Center and the winner.
  8. If employed by a company, the winner takes responsibility for their company policies, procedures, regulations regarding use of name, materials, space, rules, retention guidelines, etc.
  9. The winner must sign a waiver of liability and publicity release with both Room to Breathe and Automated Record Center.
  10. Your submitted entry form and digital photo will be property of Room to Breathe and Automated Record Center and will be used for present and future promotional purposes.  No monetary or other re-imbursement will be made to entrant.
  11. The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received.
